Unlock 04.11.08 Baseband With GEVEY Ultra SIM

Even if the guys from GEVEY have announced yesterday that they are able to unlock 04.11.08 baseband, which can be found on iPhone 4, with GEVEY Ultra SIM, it looks like the Apple nBerry company has officially announced that GEVEY Ultra SIM for iPhone 4 is able to unlock also 04.12.01 or older, too.

As described above, an Apple nBerry official, who is developing the already popular GEVEY unlock SIM cards, has announced that the company is developing a device which will be able to unlock the well-known 04.11.08 baseband. This SIM card is called Gevey Ultra, and even if the official message which has been published by the a/m company is not telling too much news, we can understand the fact that, finally, an exploit has been discovered and it will allow the unlock process on this particular baseband. Of course, it is not the first time we are hearing about this kind of exploit but the guys from Gevey are not used to remind us, now and then, such of things.

Even with these declarations, many people have not believed that an unlock solution will really be available on the market. However, we can clearly see that GEVEY Ultra SIM will be able to unlock 04.11.08 iPhone 4 baseband and, furthermore, it is also not limited to just to it, either.

The new SIM cards will unlock any iPhone 4 baseband so there is no need to worry that some incompatibilities will appear in the future. However, you have to maintain your baseband untouched, otherwise this unlock solution will be lost.
