Interface Video For Office 15 Released

Microsoft made public yesterday the first screenshots revealing their latest version of Office 15. This new version comes with a Metro inspired interface used in the upcoming Windows 8, that brings a minimalist and practical design. A preview for this new version was released with a video presentation for Windows 8 ARM. Videos show the Technical Preview versions of Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint from Office 15.

The launch date of the Windows 8 beta download version is still uncertain, while the first version of test for Office 15 is expected at the CES in early January.
It looks like Microsoft changed the roadmap of Windows 8. According to TheNextWeb sources within the company told them that the Windows 8 beta download will not come over in January (as was thought until now) but a month later, in February, just in time to be presented to the public as a Valentine’s Day gift for all Microsoft fans.

Office 15 beta version to be offered by Microsoft in January 2012

Some internet sources suggest that Microsoft plans to release the first beta version of its new office suite, Office 15 at the end of next January.

It is also expected that the Redmond company will offer publicly a preview version of Office 15 in early January, during CES 2012, coinciding with Microsoft’s foresight of the beta version release for Windows 8.

The first images of the new office suite appeared in March followed a few weeks later, a series unveiling the new version of Outlook interface based on the Metro and gives the whole clarity and simplicity.
