Apple plans to release iPhone 5 this fall, most probably in September or October. IT is rumored that this release calendar will be maintained in the next years, too. Face Unlock For iPhone - A few months ago, when Apple launched their iPhone 4S, Siri was the star and everybody knew why, because let’s be honest, every iOS app which has no corespondent on the Android Market is way cooler than the others, even though it has no purpose. Many iPhone 4S users have not even tried Siri, and when I say “try”, I really mean “use”;opening the application once or twice and bragging about it to your friends doesn’t mean “try” nor “use”.
Now we have a new star, but this time it comes from the other side… Continue to Face Unlock For iPhone - RecognizeMe [Cydia]

The iPhone 5 ( or 4S ) is expected tomorrow and if we can take for granted that the processor will offer two cores (Cortex A9) – like most of its high-end competitors – the question “what GPU will be used?” is more and more interesting to analyze.

Our logic suggests that Apple should use the same SoC as… Continue to iPhone 5: what GPU will be used?
