iPhone 4s was presented last night, but its launch in Italy and France is already at risk.
Samsung threatens Apple: the intention is to ask the block of sales in the two beautiful country neighboring the Alps. The reason is very simple, as you can read in the press release of South Korean source: they (Apple) have been broken two patents on terms of 3G WCDMA speed connectivity and thus, Samsung started the injunctions in the courts of Paris and Milan seeking to immediately stop sales of iPhone 4s.

According to greek site DigitalLife and their 100% reliable and not disclosed sources, there will be no iPhone 5 in 2011, just a pimped up version of the current iPhone 4, which will be simply called iPhone 4s.

Here are the upgrades vs iPhone 4:

8 megapixel camera
1080p video rendering at 30 frames/second
second antenna on the top for improved signal
A5 dual core processor at 1GHz

One week before the launch of the new iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S, rumors about the new design and specs take more shape and texture.

The website Boy Genius Report has finally published photos of what looks like the new iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S cases that you will be able to buy from the AT&T stores.
