The release date of Samsung Galaxy S3 is soon: the rumors say that this smartphone has enetered into production.
We have a lot of rumors on the new Samsung Galaxy S3 these days. And that’s no wonder since this smartphone model has always been one of the best best Android devices on the market. Therefore, everybody is expecting it and that’s how the rumors on release date and specifications appear.
This time the rumor comes from Eldar Murtazin, the Russian Guy which is also the owner of mobile-reviews.com. He has announced on Twitter that Samsung Galaxy S3 is finished project and the smartphone has entered the production phase. Furthermore, it looks like the carriers have ordered massive quantities of Samsung Galaxy S3 and they are expecting also a good revenue from the sales of this device. Eldar also says that the Android smartphone is coming with a ceramic case, as we have heard before.

It is possible that Samsung to use the same fabrication process as we have seen on HTC One S. To be more precise, the case will receive an exterior ceramic case which will offer a a very attractive lusterless look.
On the specifications side, Samsung Galaxy S3 looks impressive, too. Of course, it will be equipped with Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, which also the Korean based company provided as an update to the predecessor of this model, Galaxy S2. The quad-core processor, clocked at 1.5 GHz, together with the 4.8 inch HD display are also some impressive technical specifications. And that’s no wonder that this phone has earned the ‘Best Smartphone’ title at WMC 2012, in Barcelona.

Reverting to the release date of Samsung Galaxy S3 we have been told by ZDnet Korea that this phone has an ETA set in April. Now, taking into consideration that rumors on the production phase of this phone and the fact that going to launch its iPhone 5 next month, we are certain that the release date of the Korean Android phone should be somewhere in April or May. It is not such a long period of time until then, so we just have to wait a couple more weeks to see this champ on the market.

Apparanetly the Galaxy S3 will not waste space like iCrap with its massive screen bezel.
Even with a 4.8″ screen the phone will be similar size as the Galaxy S2. i.e. less wasted space.
