Samsung Galaxy S3 release date should be near. That’s because the rumors and leaked images with this smartphone have been increased these days.

It looks like the android smartphone will be released on 22^nd of May. This information was accompanying the photo we have presented you a couple of days ago, where the new Samsung Galaxy S3 had appeared with a white case.

On the Samsung Galaxy S3 display, in the above mentioned picture, the calendar widget shows the date of 22^nd of May. Therefore, many are believing that this is a similar clue with the one that appeared in the case of the new iPad. The release event could take place in London, according to some sources on the internet.

It is said that the new Samsung Galaxy S3 will have an HD display, with a most probable diagonal of 4.8 inches. Its photo camera will have 12 Megapixels. However there are rumors according to which the camera sensor of the new Android smartphone will use a 16 megapixels sensor. Obviously, the latest operating system which is now available on the market will be used: Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The main competitor of this new champ will, obviously be, the future iPhone 5.

But we have already presented you the above mentioned information. The reason for which we have started a new thread here is that, there are some news on the processor that will be used inside the new Samsung Galaxy S3.

Until now, the only information we had on the CPU were related to the fact that the new smartphone will use a processor which is built on 28 nm technology. The quad-core CPU should be clocked at 1.5 GHZ (or maybe 1.8 GHz, according to other rumors). Also, it should be 26% faster consuming 34% less energy and having a size with 50% decreased when compared with previous models.

However, today the world has finally received some official information from a Samsung manager which have made some interesting declarations to the Korean Times publications.

Samsung Galaxy S3 will use an Exynos quad-core CPU. The novelty is not limited only to this information. IT will also be equipped with LTE and CDMA  technologies, too. This proves that Samsung is planning to stop the business they have with Qualcomm and use an in-house built technology, which obviously would bring a bigger profit share.

The new CPU which will power Samsung Galaxy S3 will have four cores, as we already knew. The difference is that these cores will be built using the 32 nm technology and not the 28 nm one, as described above. Therefore, we will be dealing here with A9 processors instead of A15, as everybody was expecting. The Samsung official also declared that these CPU’s are finalized and they can be placed inside the new smartphone, as we speak.

However, there is still no official announcement on the Samsung Galaxy S3 release date or official photos. We have just to deal with the rumors that are now circulating on the internet and telling us that the new device will come on the market in April…or maybe in May…or even in June according to some publications.

There are a lot of Samsung Galaxy S3 fans which are wondering what is wrong with Samsung and why are they not releasing the much expected device. I personally think that this is some sort of marketing strategy and also an attempt to ruin the release plans of iPhone 5, too. But we will see that, because the Korean based company cannot wait too long in order to release its new smartphone and be delighted with a high amount of sales and market share.
