Galaxy Note 3 will be released this year with a huge 6.3 inch display and Exynos 5 CPU (rumors)

We have no doubts regarding the fact that the Korean smartphone manufacturer is on the wave now. Even if this kind of phenomenon has been started by  its biggest rival, Apple,  and for several years the Cupertino based company has gained a lot of fans and a lot of rumors and speculations before each release, it looks like it’s time for Samsung to “gain traction” and enjoy the news spreading.

It has become a quite a habit for media to release all kind of rumors related to the design, release date, technical specs of all the new Android devices which the Korean Comapny is releasing each year. It happened with Galaxy S2, S3, Galaxy Note 1 and 2. Now it’s the perfect time for rumors related to Galaxy S4. And the predecessor of Note is quite a good target for nowadays rumors.

That’s why today we introduce the first reports which are describing the next generation of this super-smartphone: Galaxy Note 3. And the first thing that can be observed after reading the following rumors is the fact that its already big screen could become even bigger. So the super-smartphone, as described by us in the above mentioned rows, could now be easily described as a cross between a tablet and a smartphone.

Release date, Exynos CPU and 6.3-inch dispaly

But first let’s start with the release date for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The Korea Times says that this will happen sometime later this year. From the same publication we find out that the new device will feature a 6.3 inch display. Huge!

Let’s think for a few moments at this rumor. If the first release of this series had come on the market with a 5.3 inches display, and the second one was slightly bigger, now we will have a device featuring a display that is bigger with an entire inch. All of us know that even Note 1 was already a very large smartphone. People are already having difficulties in working with the device by using just one hand. Now, imagine how you could work on a smartphone which has a screen that is very close to the one that nowadays tablets are using.

OK…let’s move on with the rumors regarding Galaxy Note 3: from the same source we discover the fact that this new Android device might be going to use an Exynos 5 Octa CPU. Some people are also suggesting that this CPU will be used in Galaxy S4 smartphone, too. And, that’s not a surprise!

Speaking of surprises…it might be an unpleasant surprise for the Apple fans: that’s because everybody knows that the Korean based company is delivering the CPU’s which power up Apple products like iPhone, iPad, iPod etc. But everybody is almost sure that, at least for a while, Samsung will keep this new Exynos processor just for themselves.
