If you have a smartphone that’s running Windows Phone 7, you can use an app called MyFitnessPal that lets you track calories gained or burned in a day. The WP 7 app is oriented towards people who like to always stay in shape through fitness. MyFitnessPal app for Windows Phone 7 will help you know how much calories you gain when you eat or how many calories you burn while you exercise. Alternatively, you can use the button that you can find at the bottom of the screen and which is shaped like a plus sign. When you start your day, you can add food items by using the built-in search box from MyFitness app and enter the desired quantity. Once you are finished with your selection, MyFitness app for WP 7 will display how much calories you will gain if you eat the item or how much calories you will burn through your workout. For the latter, you can also add your own details if there are not available in MyFitnessPal. This way, you can make sure that you will fulfill your burned calories quota for each day.
Please take a few minutes to enter some additional information like your weight at the end of the day, so that MyFitnessPal can keep a better track of how far you are in your fitness program.
There are plenty of similar apps available for Windows Phone 7 but in our opinion, MyFitnessPal app does its job very well because it keeps you up to date with everything and moreover, you always know how much calories a particular food item has.
