The highly anticipated iPad 3 should go on sale no sooner than 2012, probably in the spring, based on previous iPad forecasts. One can only speculate on what the price or the specifications will be.

The first iPad was presented on January 27, almost two years ago, at a live Apple event in San Francisco.  iPad 2 was announced officially last spring, in California.  Based on this, we can imagine that for iPad 3 the same scenario could apply. iPad 3 could thus be shown to the public and the press in March or April and then later,  towards the end of the month, make its debut on the market. Without any doubt, it will be on sale in the summer.

What do we think that the iPad 3 from Apple will in terms of specs? Well, most definitely it will not rewrite the rules the current one but, at the same time, it will still be impressing enough.  So you should expect a high-end processor, but most likely not quad core, the evolution of Apple A5.

How will be the camera on iPad 3?

The camera on the back of the iPad 3 could improve significantly given the fact that the current one is quite low. Same goes for the one in the front, but it should be better than the old one. What will clearly remain unchanged are the GPS, the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth.

Other inputs like Thunderbolt ( though difficult), HDMI  or a USB could come in handy on the iPad 3, but for the moment these are miles away. The screen may revolutionize again, coming with a high-resolution 3D Retina display.

iPad 3 should come in six versions, as the previous iPads did. Whilst the maximum memory may increase, we should find a medium capacity, a higher and lower one than the two Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi +3 G versions only . The prices for the iPad 3 may well move in a range of 449-499 to 899 EUR depending on the user’s choice and obviously, on his budget. There is also the remote possibility that an entry specs iPad 3 will be available.
