1. Download Odin application and extract the files from this archive on the hard drive of your computer;
2. Download XWKDD. The content of this archive should not be extracted;
4. Install on your computer the application provided by Motorola which is needed to make your RAZR XT910 communicate with your PC;
5. Restart your computer after installing the official Motorola application;
6. Your Motorola RAZR XT910 should be set on debugging mode. In order to do that, you should go to settings menu, then tap the applications menu and look for development. There you should be able to enable the debugging mode.
