The latest update of iTunes (10.6) for MAc and Windows platforms is now available for download

Starting Wednesday we have received some interesting novelties from Apple. First, the new iPad was revealed. Together with it iOS 5.1 has been presented also. Another surprise that the Cupertino based company has prepared is iTunes 10.6 for Windows and Mac, which just became available for download.

As you all know iTunes is a music and video player and, also, a store, from which you can get a lot of stuff that will be downloaded on your iDevice. The new version, 10.6 has comes with some solved errors and bugs some new features, too.

You can upgrade to the new iTunes 10.6 for Mac and Windows using the already installed program and selecting the update option. Alternatively you could head to the iTunes site and download this latest version.

As you might already have found out, the new iPad has the capability of rendering high definition content (1080p). Therefore, the new iTunes 10.6 is able to provide videos which are formatted with this high image quality standard.

The Match service provides its users to listen to music, in 256 kbps format, directly from their cloud account. However, the system did not work very well until this release. Hopefully, this download solves all its problems, too.
