Besides the great looks, the above mentioned firmware comes with a lot of cool features and great functionality: it can be used as a trusted ROM for day to day operations. Note that this is not an official firmware released by Samsung and in the following article we will show you how to install Batista70 FOXHOUND on Galaxy S2 I9100.

Batista70 FOXHOUND ROM For Galaxy S2 I9100

What you need to know and do before downloading and installing Batista70 FOXHOUND on your Galaxy S2 I9100:

  • charge the battery of your Galaxy S GT I9100 to 100%, to be on the safe side.

How to install Batista70 FOXHOUND on your Galaxy S2 I9100:

  1. Download the FOXHOUND Custom ROM and the AOSP Package.
  2. Connect the Galaxy S2 to your computer via the USB cable.
  3. Copy the two downloaded zip files to the internal memory of your device.
  4. Turn off the I9100 and boot into Recovery mode. To reboot into Recovery mode, hold the Volume UP + Menu buttons down and push the Power key.
  5. Once in Recovery mode, select “wipe data/factory reset” > ”Yes”. Then, select “wipe cache partition” and “reboot reboot system now”. Important: if you’re using the Dalvik virtual machine, you also need to enter into Advanced Settings in Recovery mode and clear the Dalvik Cache.
  6. Select “install zip from sdcard” > ”choose zip from sdcard”. Now you have to navigate to the first file you copied to your device (FoxHound_Otacon_LP4_ICS_GSII_By_SnakeS.zip) and select it. As usual, in recovery mode, navigate using the Volume keys and select with the Power key.
  7. One last “Yes” and the process will start. IMPORTANT: While installing the ROM, the phone will boot reboot in recovery mode. Do not panic, this is normal.
  8. Once the installation process is over, select “go back”>reboot system now”.
  9. Let the phone to reboot in normal mode and repeat steps 4 and 5.
  10. Select “install zip from sdcard” > ”choose zip from sdcard” again. Navigate to the second file you copied to your device (AOSP_Package_Otacon.zip) and select it. Once the second file is installed select again “go back”>reboot system now”.
